TIME MOVES WHEN YOU MOVE
To people who have never played SUPERHOT. It is the most innovative shooter i've played in years.
The CLEO is simply inspired by it's best fun part: time only moves full-speed when you move. Stand still and everything slows to a crawl.
So to activate, just enter cheatcode: "SUPERHOT". And for deactivating, simply press look behind or enter car key.
To people who have never played SUPERHOT. It is the most innovative shooter i've played in years.

IT'S ACTUALLY BASED OFF A GOOD GAME! I NEVER KNEW THAT.
Works very good with san andreas!
The mod is based off a game called SUPERHOT, Which slows down time when you stop or do any actions, it's meant for you to feel your controls with time and aiming.
