Beschreibung
Thanks to the 3000 downloads in my older version "perfect weather pack", I decide to work harder and make a new one without the bugs and add some new stuff.
*New Water color
*New Ocean
*Fix some bad colors in timecyc
plus the old known stuff:
*2x more Direct light to peds and cars
*no need for normalmap.asi
And for those who love GTA IV, in a month or two, I'll be releasing "perfect weather pack" for Liberty City.

Try use this settings: in options menu set draw distance to 1 and set visual fx in low because the shadows in this game are heavy and the grass just make it worse
as for ENB settings, "water deep" is heavy but necessary to make water colored...
