You just have to search "per pixel lighting for gta sa " on google. There would be a result named "mjlamodification.blogspot.com". That page contains the mod.

Can you make a script for per-pixel lighting ? Coz i have seen such a cleo mod but the creator made it only for player and cars back in 2014 . Could you make it so that everything gets per-pixel lighting.
