reflection update and other improvements

the best Lykan Hypersport for SA now also compatible on mobile.

* changes made by me:
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= car body reflection amount increased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= removed tire reflection
= removed custom damage
= unique texture names
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
