Hey did you receive my email? The police vehicle will say seacrest county instead of LSPD and SFPD so I was hope you could change it so that it would suit the city because it would not make if for example you saw a LVPD door sign in Los Santos instead of a LSPD sign,right?

Create 2 copies of each of the two files(the dff and txd) and Just change the name of the two files from copcarvg to copcarla in one pair and to copcarsf in another pair, then replace them in your gta3.IMG.
