= reflection, SA light and material update with other small improvements

the best C7R now also compatible on mobile.

* changes made by me:
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= now supports SA colors (car body only)
= reflection amount increased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= unique texture names
= spoiler attached to the boot and extra front light parts are now permanent
= edited the data lines that better fits the car
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
