Realistic Sea Waves:
This modification adds bigger & more realistic sea waves to GTA V. Make sure to set the weather options to "Extra Sunny". I will update this soon.
Download OpenIV: http://openiv.com/
Trainer: https://da.gta5-mods.com/scripts/pc-trainer-v
Locate to this folder:
Grand Theft Auto V\common.rpf\data\levels\gta5\HERE!
No need to backup. Already included.
Don't reupload my mods.

possible but hard
first you need to create a water object somehow i think
then create animation in .ifp like ezekiel did do
and then just script it to put .ifp on the water
profit = waves
but its buggy because player is acting weird so you need to also redo the water animations and make it with good timing
by the way , do you wanna help me with my project?
im doing something called Los Angeles World mod , just converts gta 5 objects , replaces it with gta sa objects , puts them around the map like cranes , yachts , boats etc
retextures every city with real life textures and some more scripts and things like that :P help would be good
i know how to convert objects and how to use map editor

im doing something called Los Angeles World mod , just converts gta 5 objects , replaces it with gta sa objects , puts them around the map like cranes , yachts , boats etc
