@bassmaster429 If the game is already updated to 1.0.8.0 in GTAIV just follow the steps in my comment, sorry I-m literally occupied and forgot to make a complete tutorial about it.

For everyone having that issue with ICIVV01

Just follow this simple steps:

1-Search in Google the GTAIV.exe 1.0.7.0

2-Download the Exe, make a backup of the other Exe 1.0.8.0 or 1.0.4.0

3-Paste the V1.0.7.0 (obviously when u finish installing mods, paste the original .exe before starts u game)

4-Later search the GTAIV Vehicle Installer V1.7

5-Installed, start the tool and Shazam!! you now can install any vehicle mod u want.

JUST REMEMBER!! REMEMBER!! MAKE A BACKUP OF ANY FILE U GONNA MODIFIED.

Tested in Steam and Non-Steam version.
