HardCore Graphic Texture Mod (Modloader Support)

Original creator TonyM created in 2009/2010 one of my most favorite textures mod, the last public available version is Beta 0.4

In this version I just extracted all textures which belong to the mod and made it fully compatible with Modloader.

This mod enhances the graphics in Vice City, making them more realistic and high-quality. A vast number of textures, settings, and more have been replaced.
