3ds max with Kam Scripts
Magic txd or txd workshop
1.don't change the ped ifp anim or install a new one
2.don't delete sa vc comp folder and dont delete cop skin file
3.this mod has some demo skins

I think this mod can or needs to be improved, the npc appear horribly deformed, except for the cops.
however this is a good idea, if the method were not so laborious I would even want something like the SA skin selector where you can add skins without replacing the existing ones.

no le puse pq no es totalmente mio el mod, el plugin dll es de the hero y a mi se me ocurrio q podria usarse para generar una compatilbidad entre los skin de gta sa a vc, gracias por tu apoyo bro
