@G.Abinashthere's another way but I'm not recommended it. you can use GTA SA neest ENB v.430 that have dinamic shadow settings.

very good mod but it has a bug when you start a new game from an already established game, the game crashes, I mean you can only start a new game without closing the game and starting from scratch
