3. MoonLoader v0.26 (from blast.hk/moonloader)

? Installation (1-Click Drag & Drop):
1. Extract the downloaded ZIP archive.
2. Drag and drop the `moonloader` folder directly into your GTA San Andreas root directory (where `gta_sa.exe` is located).
3. Launch the game – enjoy!
