I tried to edit to switch to the correct game but it wouldn't let me so on the good side I think you can use the giorno textures with this mod:

ok so now that I realize the skin has been put .. in San Andreas and not GTA IV. Well I apologize to those who thought it was from San Andreas, although they probably realized with the cover well a thousand apologies for those people.
