this is the final release for the rosa project ( retexture of san andreas project ) and i'm happy to share it with you , i guess you already know it since you head about it before.
PS : I COULDN't UPLOAD IT ON GTAINSIDE BECAUSE THE FILE IS TOO BIG SO I JUST PUT THE MOD LINK IN A TEXT FILE.
Rosa Project modification, the aim of which is to replace all standard textures to textures in HD quality.
The main objective of the project, do not just high-quality HD textures, but also make them very similar to the original texture of the GTA-San Andreas.
Mainly used in modifying the texture with a resolution of 1024 x 1024 and 512h512. Just as there are textures with a resolution of 2048 × 2048 (for roads and highways).
Any changes in fashion are prohibited.

I've been following ROSA for several years waiting for the final realease, but it was cancelled at some point. Then, last year somebody released the parts of the mod that have been finished. Is this the version that has been released last year, or is this a newer version?

Anybody have problem with flickering texture or not loading in game just use memory512.cs it will works fine on low pc like mine : Ram 1gb and graphic card intel 128mb
and i suggest you use that mod with http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=detail&step=new&id=71005&cat=255&start=0&orderBy=
it's HDR Weapon ( retextured from original to HD ) :D
