*****ELM Colormod***** By iEcosan
This colormod is the only colormod which is optimized for Emergency Lights Mod (ELM) [Keep in mind that lightbars with "LENS" won't be bright enough]
You will barely notice the sky's bloom, as I worked hard to make only the ELM has the bloom effect.
This is not the latest version. Newer versions are coming soon.
