This mod can show the textures on the back if the Backface culling mod was enabled then the textures on the back will be showed.
This mod this was a useful for checking textures for backfacing it.
This is the addon for GTA SA Rendering.
Press Ctrl+Tab to Activate or Deactivate the mod.

Extract all the contents from the ZIP Archive and paste it on your Game Directory.
