-Added new colors in underwater

This new timecyc makes GTA SA more realistic in what is the default game like sky colors, lighting, etc. It will be updated from time to time

I think you changed Standard Setting from SA_DirectX 2.0 ( Timecyc.dat ) Into Vanilla
this Mod for Mid-PCs, Because All of Timecyc is Drops and Eat FPS-Frame
