Leone Family's Low-end PC ENB Series V2

Features in version V2:
-Same good ENB config than V1 version. Good reflections, good
shadows and no lag even on low-end PCs.
-Added lensflare effect
-New timecyc.dat and timecycp.dat
-New effects (blood, fire, explosions, clouds, sparks, e.t.c.)

I am currently working on a mod called "Grand Theft Auto Québec". This is a mod that will change the cars with real-life cars such as real-life Québec emergency vehicles, the peds, the weapons, the map will be changed to the cities of Montréal and Laval and I will probably add some missions.
