Receive a star for passed red traffic light ! (v.3)

This CLEO-script will give you a star for passed red traffic light (if you don't have stars at this moment and cops are near player).
Script will be disabled if you drive water vehicle, flying vehicle or train (except tram).
If you drive emergency vehicle with enabled siren, script will not give star.

Installation:

1.Download and install cleo4 library (you can get it here: http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/cleo4/ )
2.Put file star_for_red_3.cs to cleo-folder
