this mod will make every headshots feels more satisfying and stylish by adding effects such as slow motion, shaking cam, and subtle blue tint effects. very stylish especially with weapons like shotguns, desert eagle and rifles or any weapon that can decapitate ped's head from headshot
---UPDATE V1.2 FIXED---
-the slow motion values can now be customized through an .ini files, or you can also disable it by simply setting it to 1.0
-fixed a bug where .INI could not be loaded due to an unintentional error in the script. sorry for the inconvenience!
