Spawn Gangs Mod v3.2 (+ Working Android version)

New update, with working android version. Previous version did work on pc, but android version didn't. I had to do a lot of trial and error and with some help I created a working android version. It doesn't support the .ini file configuration though.

So in this version, each time you press a button (or use the menu on android) you spawn 1 gang (random of 3 or 4 variations) instead of 3 of them. They also can attack other gangs when you spawn them, but it doesn't always happen. Some may run away when other gangs are fighting (I think this can't be fixed).
PC version: You can configure their weapons, and health.
Android version: They have pre-defined weapons and 1500 health.
