A riot in Los Santos is going on. There is a well-known Bureau named The Bureau of the Riot. The bureau started the riot and now,all of the citizens wants your help. There is only one guy who can stop this riot. Someone who doesn't likes busters. Someone who is truly a Grove Street OG. Its Ryder.
Help Ryder to stop this riot by eliminating his targets.
