Remember how you could call off the cops like in gta 5 online?
i was thinking maybe why not add a feature into gta san andreas?
Press 0 to bribe the cops off you.
the price is depeneds on the level you have so if you have more stars, it'll cost you more.
also yes there is a cool down system to make this game more reallistic like in gta 5 online up to 300 seconds!
