GTA V Carcols.dat [Sa Style]

* New 'carcols.dat' for GTA San Adreas with colors from GTA V.
* Sorted in a Similar Way to GTA SA. It is in harmony with the original GTA SA cars and car Mods with color line made based on the original.
* The Cars in Traffic look pretty good, the distribution of the colors being Lore Friendly.
* Added Shades of Orange that are missed in the Game.
* Added Shades of Purple.
* Added variety of colors for some vehicles that only appear in one color:
Planes, Helicopters, Boats, trailers, some land vehicles (Stretch, DFT-30, Utility Van, Robbery Boxville, Police cars, Trashmaster, among others....)

* Color table format:

RGB code, ID no., Color name, GTA V ID no., name for police scanner.

0.8.15 # 101 V Dark Blue 146 dark

* In the case of color ID # 65 (Gold), it comes from GTA The Balad Of Gay Tony
* For the Cases of the Colors ID # 111, 118, 131-140, they are colors of the Neons of GTA V.
* In the case of color ID # 9 (silver generic), it comes from the "vehicle_generic_detail2" texture, being the gray used for chrome parts in vehicles.
