Richmansion [Huge Safehouse]

Hello, this new awesome mansion is located in los santos richman, it's north of los santos hills side, it presents a minimalistic modern mansion, which is somekind of the conclusion of the style used in the others mansions that i've done in the past, that's why the goal was to make it fit prefectly with san andreas world .that's why this mansions includes an interior can be reached from the main entrance by a marker or simply from the garage, as this mansion have a working garage with several cars and a helicopter already spawned and ready to use, also this house have some weapons , a gym and a casino.
in conclusion this house has :
*interior [gym+casino+pool]
*savedisk
*weapons
*5cars+helicopter
*garage
*prelight day /night
*no extra col files i have edited the a used col file ingame so no crashing hopefully :)
*everything else check it yourself hopefully you like it as it's a christmas gift :) ,
***Update 25/04/2020 : Fixed a common bug where this mod causes a crash at 50% of loading screen , reduced the ipl files used.
