I am confused about how to get a program that works on Windows 10 with the least complications, I mean adding cars in a real way. I am confused about more than one program I have tried. And most of the programs reject it as viruses. I appreciate your efforts, but I suggest that it be like an update to the San Andreas Mod Installer program and even another program that works on Windows 10, 11 and that it be an easy-to-use program. If you allow that.

Hmm, nice work, it's really clean
I don't really like the use of AI upscalers, personally I think they look really "muddy" when they're used. (some textures from the launch versions of the Definitive Edition are great examples of AI upscaling looking terrible ..
)
You should probably provide the original low-res textures for those who prefer original quality, if you haven't already
