Vapid RG21 by Crack Yo’ Neck.
Original workshop version. The other version on this site has been uploaded by a phony who deceptively copied and pasted everything I wrote and the style I use to make it look like and make you think it was uploaded by myself. It is apparently the same person who has been stealing and leaking private and in-progress mods on various websites, which led some modders to quit. It is also rumored he led to the closure of Crack Yo’ Neck’s workshop. Do not trust him. I got the files before Crack removed the vehicle from his workshop when it was still open, so download this version instead.
SA style / low poly / lore friendly.
Handling lines included. All files are original.
These files were first uploaded HERE on gtainside and NOT on lc.net. If you see them uploaded elsewhere, it means they were downloaded from here. All credits goes to Crack Yo’ Neck, not someone else.
Long story short:
Crack Yo’ Neck / craccosan got fed up of the community after some of his mods were leaked on different websites and some others were used without his permission. He decided to leave the modding scene and delete his entire workshop, over 70 vehicles, punishing everyone in the process. Since I got all of his public vehicles before the closure and since there was no other way to get them otherwise, I decided to repair this mistake and make them available again for everyone. Have a good game.

Ah, my bad, just typed one word wrong.
And to clarify; yes, this ISN'T Crack Yo' Neck himself re-uploading these mods because I know he's retired and don't see him to re-upload his mods again after that, I already acknowledged that ever since noticing his workshop's closure. I talking to the friendly mod recoverer who are restoring the lost mods from Crack.
I put "official" in my comment by mistake because I thought this recovery user is actually a close individual to Crack, and has taken the keys from him to re-secure his mods. Exactly sucks to see why GTAInside have a very limited time for us to edit our comments since my writing sucks, and when asked to delete my previous comment here below, sadly there's nothing I can do with it.

Just a note; that same phony you've mentioned in the description is sadly also active in GTAForums under the name "VladRomania". Me and Chloe/sauin8s9h0ine21 have manage to identify that guy in a workshop in that site. He even bonked me when I tried to exploit him, and yesterday, I got a warning from GTAForums' moderators for promoting other users to exploit and ban that guy, resulting I had to stop.
His actions in the same way he did with Crack Yo' Neck continues...
I don't trust him and his activity as well, just like you've mentioned in the description of this. I'm with you, that guy needs to be stopped imminently ASAP.
