These are two pretty good options, but time to time, possibly upload the Comet Safari (GTA V style) and other Sa Style vehicles first, and then make those cars.

@BabyYoda
0. download RW Analyze and extract to any place in your comp
1.0. open SA default bandito.dff with RW Analyze [File -> Open...]
1.1. scroll down and find the section "Collision Model" in the end, select this section [LMB]
1.2. export data [RMB -> Export Section Data...]
https://imgur.com/a/rJ5K5iP
1.3. save data with any name
1.4. close the file [File -> Close]
2.0. open the new bandito.dff with RW Analyze
2.1. scroll down and find the section "Collision Model" in the end, select this section [LMB]
2.2. import data [RMB -> Import Section Data...]
2.3. find saved data, select and click Open button
2.4. save [File -> Save]
2.5. close the file, exit RW Analyze
Finish!
If you don't have SA default bandito.dff
- extract bandito.dff from SA default gta3.img [.../models folder/] with IMG Crazy Editor (or another IMG editor) - read a tutorial for the editor in net

@jalbert1998
ZModeler automatically makes Bounding_Box and Bounding_Sphere in collision of a vehicle as vehicle borders. So you can replace collision section in dff file from standard/other dff file with RW Analyze otherwise it needs to edit collision section with 3ds Max.

It is a problem with "chassis_vlo" I am already fixing it, I will soon upload it corrected. and also due to the height of the antennas it causes this effect

Replace collision section in the dff file from SA default one if you can work with RW Analyze [export/import data]
