VC '80s Stanier for SA!

The Stanier (or either Premier or any name you want) is a car mod that convert the VC taxi to SA
with removal of taxi parts, changing of some parts and became civilian version
Features and Data (carcols, handling, etc are in the readme file)
Replaces : Tahoma
or any car
or add it (I recommend you to do it)
