-DLC Lowrider.
-Replace Willard.
-Reflections & plate in my style, no GTA-SA.
-Personal editable plate:
All GTA-V plate, with five bumper fonts; alpha platea for remove plate.
-2 extras, 4 extras for Custom.
-4 paintjobs for Custom, other 5 available. 35 dials available.
-3d holes wheel for Normal. 2° color interior for Custom.
-Damaged parts: All for this model.
-Light LOD. Flat Shadow. Adapted Collision. All data strings.
-IVF211+ASI12 version. Bobble version Custom. Custom without Extra.
-SA-Mobile version; without environment reflections. No testing.
-SA-MP/MTA no testing. Tested in ENB30+CLEO43.
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.

It is not difficult.
In vehicles.ide we need to change the last parameter as:
-1 Not editable
0 Modified at Transfender <SL/SF/LV>
1 Modified at Wheel Arch Angels <San Fierro> (Street Racer)
2 Modified at Loco Low <Los Santos> (Low Rider)
For handling.cfg, however, it is more complex, because the parameter is one of the two binary strings, Handling Flags:
[v] Street Racer
[v] Low Rider
I use GTA:SA Editor Ultimate, but it has a bug: 'eat' data of its string vehicles.ide, when it save...
Then we must open the file vehicles.ide with NotePad, and after saving the handling.cfg with GTA:SA Ultimate Editor, save the file vehicles.ide.

It is not difficult.

And If so, what should I do? Because I have installed many Cars that replaced LowRiders and they can't be tuned in Loco Low and I can't join the Unity Stations Low Rider meet.

In ZM2 Reflection has two parameters:
a) Specular, which is set to 60, the minimum.
Not recommend to remove it completely.
b) Environment, I did not put in the version SAmobile.
But in the version SAmobile there are the extras.
For Materials Editor in ZM2:
To delete Specular [d)]:
Remove the check.

Because they require much more time and many more polygons.
Apart from the time, if the models require a PC sufficient for GTA-V, then it makes no sense to convert GTA-V for SA. My main aim is to enjoy GTA-V on SA because the PC does not go beyond this.
I do not know if my Tool to add vehicles can be reported on the version SAmobile ...
