Make sure your game brightness is over 50%
This mod is for "High-End Devices who can play the game almost at max. You need at least max resulotion, max car reflection and advanced shadows, thats all for best experience.

@Trevor.phillips this is VISA's palms and my palm tree mod are kind of blacky i know.. just download visa.. but it got deleted from gtainside i think or maybe jerradewalter removed it i dont know..

yo how did you got the palm trees like that??? i have vegetation V2 but the palm trees are black from the stick wen u are just a little close.. only if i get very close they are like that ..

u still need to announce people to root user pnly,..

@Adan69 if you didnt download the file you can see there is a APK which is named GL TOOLS Graphics Optimizier try it out :)

Anti-aliasing: MSAA 16x(non-Tegra)
Use lower render resolution: 1x (disabled)
Force 16 bit redering: unchecked
Optimize GLSL shaders: checked
Enable texture decompression: All
Enable texture recopmression: Decompressed only
Downscale textures: Disable

This is not only a timecyc :P there is also a APK GL Tools which optimize the graphics for any game...
