Difference between the other 2020 Supersnake I ported: No stripes, SA plate and different SA lights

changes made by me:
= improved SA lights (remapped and other light parts now work)
= unique texture names
= minimal reflection adjustment
= removed the reflection of interior, carbon fiber, grille, plastic and other parts
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo

= detailed exterior and interior
= 3d engine and boot

= has chassis_vlo
= SA colors and plate support
= SA light/HQLM support
= custom reflection
= custom shadow and collision
= custom handling
= custom vehicles.ide
= replaces ALPHA or any car you want
= 13mb dff and 1.1mb textures
