changes made by me:
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= unique texture names
=reflection of the car body and other parts increased, still looks good with or without graphics mods
= now has a custom retexturable plate
= retextured seats and other parts
= no longer adapted to VehFuncs
= remove the reflection of interior and other parts
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
