Okey already know it Mig-31 like the others that had been posted on this site
but I will bring them the following cleo mods:
New missiles
New bombs
New skin (slightly changed)
New weapons and bombs
Aftherburner
Unlimited height san andreas (can fly as high as you want when you're on an airplane)
napalm bomb
Air force weapons
the description of how to use those cleo mods
They are in the readme file in the mod
