Beschreibung
The military of LS have initiated a state wide
non-hostile takeover. Details are sketchy so far,
but reports are coming in of military vehicles
roaming the streets, along with increased
police activity. There's also been word of a
nearly-complete military takeover in Alta and
rumours of escaped prisoners in Textile City.
This place just got a whole lot more dangerous,
so be careful - and watch your back!
- Installation -
Replace the popcycle.dat in
update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

OpenIV, an asi loader, OpenIV.asi

Can you add a description in plain English, rather than in the style of a DVD trailer. What features does this have ? When do the Army spawn ? Do they spawn all the time ? At 3 stars ? At 5 stars ?
What about prisoner escapes ? When/where/why do they happen ?
