This modification will change the colors of the flashlight! Included in the file are instructions for YOU to customize your own lights!
You can use my Clean Flashlight mod also!

How to install:
1. Start OpenIV
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V / update / update.rpf / common / data / ai / weaponcomponents.meta
3. Replace weaponcomponents.meta
4. Enjoy!
