HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Use " OpenIV "
1a. Remember to create backup or You will can use file from folder "backup LCPP"
2.Go to location:
...mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
and them replace " dispatch.meta " with modded version.
3. Have Fun ??
