Inspired by works "H4v0c21" named Female Cops and Police Buffalo's Spawn https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/female-cops-and-police-buffalo-s-spawn
DESCRIPTION:
Mod adds more attendance female police officers. And in v.3 version added Army soldiers
HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Use " OpenIV "
1a. Remember to create backup
2.Go to location:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
and them replace " dispatch.meta " with modded version.
3. Have Fun
In archive you will find all three version.
Changelog:

Add more respawn Female sheriff officers.
