Cool vice city theme loading screen music! :O
Installation:
!!! You will need OpenIV !!!
1. Extract files where ever you want.
2. Open OpenIV and follow by: x64/Audio/sfx/PROLOGUE.rpf
3. Turn on Edit mode
4. By the "File" select New/Import openFormats
5. Select "td_loading_music" file and press open. And then Ok
Done!
If you wish to undo your changes, just follow instructions with in "backup" folder files.
Sorry can't add video. My pc is solid potato now XD
