Insane FPS Boost For Extremely Low-end PC and other systems

Hi GTA V lovers. This is my first mod.
With this mod you can play GTA 5 without shutters and lags on every computer. This mod gain for me over 45fps(in the night 30fps, with rain 25-30fps, in extrasunny 30-45fps ) on nvidia gt230m and i5 520m 2,4 gHZ 1st gen in high resolution, water and textures.I try a lot of mods, but this mod is the best solution of perfomance and quality picture on low end systems.
This mod improves fps in the night, thunder, rain, snow. You must get crazy boost on every computer with minimal core 2 duo2ghz,3gb ram and Vram less than 512MB. Mod based on balance of farclip and lods(and many others things, i rewrite all timecycles), there are no worst graphics, only advantages for low-end pc users and medium pc.

To create this mod i used only OPEN IV, notepad.
For better experience i recommend you to instal mod Lower resolution vegetation for improved performance and RE-sized textures.
Instruction:
use OPENIV to install this mod, don't forget to backup your original files
1.drop everything from common.rpf/data/ to your archive common.rpf in GTAV directory,
do the same with update.rpf and x64a.rpf
2.drop settings.xml to your YOURdocuments/Rockstar Games/GTAV/
Picture maybe can looks bad becouse screenshots have low resolution after converting bmp to jpeg( look from a distance please XD )
ver 1.1 changes
-enablen reflections mipblur(better picture, no reduce fps)
-little improvements
ver 2 changes
-little weather improvemets
-almost stock picture
-now for all PC
-more fps
3.0 version
-Improved extrasunny and clear weather
-More fps(2-5)and stability
-Some improveds in visualsetting
ver 3.1 changes
-added choise between stock nights and real darkest night
ver 4 changes
-edited gameconfig v1.0.1180.1 (higher and stable perfomance)
-little changes in colors(more natural)
ver 4.1 changes
-fixed bugs when loading textures

I think it's the solution for too dark vehicleLights:
Follow the steps carefully, As always remember to backup your file first!
1. Navigate to "GTA 5 > update > update.rpf > common > data" drag and drop your "visualsetting.dat" to your dextop
2. Open "visualsetting.dat" with "Notepad" or "WordPad"
3. Press "Ctrl + f" to open search/find
4. Type "emissive bits" in the search bar and press enter to find it
5. Once u found "emissive bits" Replace the whole thing with this:
6. Save it
7. Now go to "GTA 5 > update > update.rpf > common > data" replace the "visualsettings.dat" with your edited visualsettings.dat
8. Now, navigate to "GTA 5 > common.rpf > data > replace the "visualsettings.dat" with your edited visualsettings.dat, Again!
9. Close it, Open your game and have fun! :>>
