Before starting installing if you are new to modding then
First download and install OpenIV:http://openiv.com/
And Install asi plugins from asi manager of OpenIV
Install everything in mods folder

Installation

First IMP Make A backup of Your whole Game

1. Extract the downloaded Folder

2.Copy update,x64,common.rpf to game folder by using openiv

3.NOW ITS THE IMPORTANT STEP GO TO THIS LOCATION AND FIRST BY USING OPEN IV
GTAV \update \ update.rpf \ common \ data
NOW ON TOP RIGHT CONNER OF OPEN IV YOU SEE EIDT MOD PRESS IT

4.NOW copy THE FILE FORM Lower ENd FOLDER WHICH YOU HAVE EXTRACTED ON DESKTOP
AND paste THE FILE in above location

5.NOW AGAIN RETURN TO THE MAIN PAGE OF OPEN IV

6. NOW GO TO THIS LOCATION
GTAV\ x64a.rpf \ textures \
and copy and paste as same you do above

Thats all done It Will Work ON Every Version of Game
