This is my License Plate that I made about 3 months ago I don't know why
I didn't upload it but there you go. This License Plate is the new license plate form in PEI, Canada.
I live in PEI so that's why I made it.
To Install: Replace vehshare that located in x64e_levels_gta5_vehicles.rpf
or replace Plate_04 in vehshare
