Fist make sure you have downloaded the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 made by YCA-RE
-Run OpenIV
-Open the folder "livery"
-Switch on edit mode
-Drag and drop "zentorno.ytd"
To: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
