With OpenIV, place the "panto.ytd" file in: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\txd_patches.rpf\
Place the tuning files in: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\patchday1ng\vehiclemods\panto_mods.rpf\
