Moto:
OpenIV > Grand Theft Auto V\update (folder)\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ *Replace files*
Handling:
OpenIV\GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Then go into rebuild, choose "vehicles.rpf" rebuild and close.
*Make a backup of the orginal file*
