I know there are a lot of AR-15 mods already but most look really out of place in 2008 Liberty City imo.
This is meant to be a "lore-friendly" AR-15 mod that's inspired by the M4s of NYPD SWAT teams. Including their custom LWRCI handguards, KAC iron sights, and Aimpoint Pros.

Update 1.1: Significantly reduced the filesize that was causing crashes.
