Hawk and Little Service Carbine

Presenting the rifle that won against the rice farmers, a rifle that can make the nearest family dog gain more testosterone than the average Princess Robot Bubblegum fan. Sadly a rifle now in retirement from the US military, it has moved to the hands of the LCPD NOoSE units and ASP Swat. When the rifle does bring the smell of napalm to Liberty City and the State of Alderney, make sure it protects your family and everyone you love as well.

Note: From the GTA Wiki, the service carbine has stated to be manufactured by Vom Feuer, so a little retconning doesn't hurt as for this rifle is now manufactured by Hawk and Little.

This weapon does replace the M4 from GTA IV and is primarily based on the M16.
