FIXED:
Got rid of ugly hair textures and blocky look, now it's transparent and looks more like real hair then cardboard cutouts.
Gave him rolled up sleeve shirt instead of short sleeve shirt.
Made hands same color as body the first was okay but it looked weird in my opinion.

Compatible Only With GTA 4 not EFLC

Installation
Open, Open IV or Spark IV and simply replace all the files with the ones in rar folder
