Beschreibung
I wanted to play as a beardless Niko but all of the existing mods are poorly made so here we are.
UPDATE: Optional 2K texture included.

These textures are AI upscaled. Nothing done by hand aside from fixing a few imperfections in Photoshop.
About the shiny skin, I remember noticing it on the hair so I thought it's because I removed the hair model. I'll test it out in my next playthrough, which is coming in the near future.

Hello, I'm hoping you can help me.
I'm really trying to learn how to remaster Niko's face for my play through. It always drove me mad how low quality the texture was, especially for the main character!
I've already gotten to grips with SparkIV and got Blender set up with importing just in case that's necessary.
What I can't work out, is how you got such a good 2K texture from the 512x512 piece of trash that Rockstar called a day on? Did you paint it by hand yourself?
Also, it seems to me that with your 2K texture something is off, because it makes his skin super shiny and reflective. I've seen mention of the UV mappings, not sure if they got messed up? Or maybe the alpha layer?
I'm hoping you provide some tips! This is something I've always wanted to try to learn but I guess Niko's face was the straw that broke my back xD
