Beschreibung
I've changed all GTA 4 and episodes handling data to have more real to life suspension stiffness.
This makes cars more controllable with reduced lean angle.
No other metrics were touched so you still have that vanilla GTA IV handling just with stiffer suspension on all vehicles.
